Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original protective packaging, ensuring that all discs, cases, and inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or your local post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
